During this course (six lessons of 90 minutes) you'll learn some tricky grammar rules that you can immediately apply. Perfect for (advanced) B2 students who miss that rewarding feeling of making clear and quick progress.
We'll have six lessons of 90 minutes on Tuesday evenings. The group will be small (max. 6). All lessons consist of:
Discussing and practicing some tricky grammar rules
Practicing grammar in interactive exercises or structured discussions
Before the lessons you will:
Receive explanation of the theory
A few grammar or writing exercises
Sometimes a video or article that forms the base for an interactive exercise
You can ask the teacher for feedback on your (writing) exercises
Grammar rules that we will cover:
Relative clause with preposition
Er + preposition in more complex sentences (using separable verbs, reflexive verbs and subordinate clauses)
More complex auxiliary verbs with or without TE (horen, zien, weten, vallen, mogen, laten, position verbs)
Passieve zinnen met zijn, waren, worden en werden.
Zouden in irrealis about the past, for broken promises and rumours.
The group will be small, with a maximum of 6 students. Material will have overlap with previous Summer/Winter Course B2 (so if you subscribe again, there will be repetition).
