Indirect speech

Indirect speech. It may sound boring, but it is indispensable. Whenever you tell what someone said, what you think and feel, you are using indirect speech.

- Hij zegt dat hij in Amsterdam wil wonen.

- Ik denk dat ik vanavond vroeg naar bed ga.

- Wij weten niet of we dit jaar op vakantie gaan.
